Upright Bike: 30m L-7
New Precor bike felt good, worked up sweat

Weighted Chins: 2x20x0, 2x5x20pds, 1x8x0
Felt heavy

Pull Downs: 2x10x100, 1x10x90,1x10x80
Good work

Dips: 3x10
Good antagonistic feel

Note: Haven't been to the gym for the past week. I need to get back on track with the weight training this week.
